Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
For whatever reason that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com, we will gladly accept a return for an exchange or issue store credits.
How long after purchase can I make return my item?
Returned items must be received within 21 days of receipt for all orders.
I have received a faulty item or an incorrect item in my order.
We are truly sorry if you have received a damaged item from us. We can only assume this occurred during the manufacturing process and has somehow slipped through the net. For items with a major defect like tears or if the wrong item is received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund upon inspection and approval.
No refunds for:
- All items on sale or discounted items
- Order cancellation made after 2 hours of ordering. Your order will be processed within 2-4 hours of payment. Please ensure that your address and the item selected is accurate.
- Please note that all bodysuits are final sale.
- Stolen or lost package: We try our best to deliver your goods in a safe and secure manner. We can only assure that your order safely leaves our warehouse with a tracking code. Please contact the courier for lost or misplaced package.
How to Request a Return:
If you are unhappy with the purchase for whatever reason, we will be here for you. Head over to our Customer Love along with the electronic receipt & let us know your concern. We will resolve the issue by sending out another item or granting store credits.
Please do your best to try on, handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.
Please slip in a notice with your order number written, as well as a reason for the return or an exchange.
We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately can't be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Unfortunately, we're unable to cover return postage costs unless your item is faulty. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as we're also not responsible for returns lost in post. If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
Are there any refund processing charges?
Depending on the country you reside in, there will be a service charge for processing your refund or exchange.
If for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver your order. It is on us to refund the full amount back to the credit card that was used to pay at checkout.
Credit Card, PAYPAL & Interac Online Refunds
We only refund to the original account on the card that was used to make the purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
For purchases through PayPal, if:
- PayPal was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.
- Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Standard shipping with tracking: If you don't like surprises, and would like to keep a close eye on your order, we offer standard international shipping with tracking. Estimated shipping time for this service is between 5 to 14 business days.
Registered shipping (Signature mail): A precious gift for someone special, and wondering if the item has arrived? Use the registered service to receive a proof of delivery and you don’t have to wonder anymore.
1-3 days express shipping with tracking: Want it now? Want to impress your date with something special in couple days? We offer UPS express shipping with tracking. Door to door, less than 3 days.
*Please note that our Free International Standard Shipping service does not come with a tracking number.

We currently ship to United States, Canada, China, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Russia, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam.
We do offer international shipping to countries that are not listed above. For these countries, a shipping cost of 15USD will be applied upon checkout.

How fast is your shipping
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, pending on availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5 to 14 business days of its ship date, depending on the service chosen.
Shipping times may vary, as it is subject to flight availability and progress of customs clearance and aviation security check, etc. Mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing.
We work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", please allow additional time for orders to be shipped.
We do our best to ensure your item(s) arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed.
